David brings 25 years commercial experience of negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.

  • Private sector: Sales and marketing at HJ Heinz, Anglo-American
  • Countries and cultures: US, Europe, India, China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam
  • Sectors: services, energy, manufacturing, construction, F&B
  • Scale: deals ranging from thousands up to $800 million plus.
